Health data includes information you choose to enter into Nudge that relates to your health, wellness, medications, or lifestyle.

We do not sell your health information.
We do not share your health information with advertisers or data brokers.
We may share limited information only when necessary to operate the Nudge platform using trusted service providers, process subscriptions or payments, provide customer support, comply with legal obligations, or protect the security and integrity of our services. All service providers are contractually required to safeguard your information.
Apple Health Integration
If you choose to connect Apple Health (or other supported health platforms), Nudge will access only the information you explicitly authorize. You may disconnect access at any time through your device settings. We will never access health information that you have not granted permission to share.
AI Features
If Nudge offers AI-powered insights or recommendations, they are generated using the information you choose to provide. AI-generated insights are intended to support your wellness journey and should not be considered medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Healthcare decisions should always be made in consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.
Your Choices
You remain in control of your health information. You may update your health information at any time, delete entries you’ve created, disable reminders and notifications, disconnect third-party health integrations, or request deletion of your account and associated data.
Data Retention
We retain your health information only for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with applicable laws, resolve disputes, and fulfill our legal obligations. If you request account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your health information unless we are legally required to retain certain records.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access your health information, correct inaccurate information, request deletion of your data, receive a copy of your information, or withdraw consent for optional data processing. To exercise these rights, please contact us.
