Welcome to Nudge, a product owned and operated by Elys Health Technology Ltd.
Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and the choices you have regarding your personal information when you use the Nudge mobile application and our website.
By using Nudge, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
Information We Collect
We collect information to provide and improve your experience with Nudge.
Information You Provide
Depending on how you use the app, you may choose to provide:
Name
Email address
Profile information
Weight and body measurements
GLP-1 medication information
Injection history
Dosage and schedules
Symptoms and side effects
Nutrition and hydration tracking
Activity tracking
Progress photos
Personal notes
Subscription status. If you subscribe to Nudge Plus, our payments provider tells us whether your subscription is active and when it renews. We never receive your card details.

Approximate location (city or region), derived from your IP address for analytics

How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share information with trusted service providers that help us operate Nudge, including Google Firebase (authentication, database, storage, analytics and crash reporting), Google Analytics (website analytics), Anthropic (food search and calorie estimates), RevenueCat (subscription management), Insert Affiliate (referral attribution), Meta (app install and purchase measurement) and Apple (App Store subscription billing, Apple Ads attribution, and refund reviews you ask Apple for). We may also use providers for:
Cloud hosting
Authentication
Analytics
Subscription billing
Customer support
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users or our business.
Find Care Provider Directory
Our website includes Find Care, a directory of third-party GLP-1 telehealth providers at getnudge.health/providers. You can browse it without an account, and using it does not require you to give us any personal or health information.
When you click through to a provider’s website, or to a third-party review site such as Trustpilot, we record that the click happened (which listing was clicked, and when) through our website analytics. We use this only to understand which listings people find useful. To be explicit about the limits:
We do not send the provider your name, email address, or any information from your Nudge account
We do not tell the provider which page you came from; these links are set to withhold that
We are not paid by the providers listed and earn no commission on listings or clicks
A listing is not a recommendation, an endorsement, or medical advice
We do not collect or store any health information through Find Care
Once you leave our website you are on a service we do not control. The provider’s own privacy policy governs any information you give them, including any health information you share when registering with them or consulting their clinicians.
Price change emails
If you ask us to tell you when a price changes, we store your email address for that purpose and nothing else.
What that means in practice:
We email you only when something in the Find Care directory changes — a price, a membership fee or a commitment term
We do not sell, rent or share your address, and we do not use it to market the Nudge app unless you separately ask us to
Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe, and we delete your address when you use it
We store only your address and the date you asked — no name, and no health information
If we ever want to email you about anything else, we will ask you first
You can also ask us to remove your address at any time by emailing admin@getnudge.health.
Referrals and affiliate links
Some people find Nudge through a creator or partner who shares a link or a referral code. If you arrive that way, or enter a code in the app, we record which partner referred you so they can be credited. This is handled by Insert Affiliate and linked to your subscription through RevenueCat.
What that means in practice:
We record the referral code or link, and whether you later subscribed
We do not identify your device by its characteristics, and we do not read your clipboard
A referral is only recorded for a new subscriber — entering a code when you are already subscribed credits no one
Only one partner can ever be credited for a subscription
Referral information is never combined with your health information
If you would rather not be associated with a referral, email admin@getnudge.health and we will remove it.
Advertising and measurement
We advertise Nudge on Apple’s App Store and on Meta’s platforms. So that we can tell which adverts lead to installs and subscriptions, we share limited measurement events with Apple and Meta. When you first open Nudge, iOS asks whether you allow us to track you across other companies’ apps and websites.
What we share depends on your answer:
If you allow it, we share with Meta that an install, trial or subscription happened and which campaign it followed, linked to your device’s advertising identifier and to an anonymous identifier provided by Meta. We use RevenueCat, our subscription provider, to send these events.
If you decline, or never answer, we share nothing linked to your device. The advertising identifier is not collected, and the Meta identifier is removed from our subscription records.
We check your choice every time the app launches. If you turn tracking off in iOS Settings, we delete the Meta identifier at the next launch and stop sending device linked events.
These events contain no health information. No medication, dose, weight, symptom, meal or Apple Health data is ever included, and we never send your name, email address or account identifier to Meta.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share health information with advertisers or data brokers.
These measurement identifiers are collected automatically when you install Nudge from an advert or a referral link.
Refund requests
If you request a refund through Apple, Nudge may share limited information about your subscription and access to purchased features with Apple to help review your request. With your consent, that can include how much of the app you have used, whether the subscription was delivered and active, and your purchase and refund history with Nudge.
This contains no health information. We never send your medication, doses, weight, symptoms, meals, progress photos or Apple Health data to Apple as part of a refund review.
We ask for your consent before sharing it, and you can withdraw this consent at any time by emailing admin@getnudge.health. Withdrawing consent does not reverse a decision Apple has already made on a refund.
Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
While no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, we continually work to improve our security practices.
Data Retention
We retain your information only for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
Access your personal information
Correct inaccurate information
Request deletion of your account
Export your data
Withdraw consent where applicable

Children’s Privacy
Nudge is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the Effective Date above and provide notice where required.
